Why Does the Station Play Log Show "None" for the Play Time of an Ad?

This could mean that the injector had to download the audio content or it could indicate a configuration issue with the injector. Another possibility is that the ad was requested but there was not enough time in the break to play it. If all ads are reporting as None as the playtime and there is silence during ad breaks, contact AmperWave Streaming Support.
