This document addresses common questions about the June 2019 AmperWave Sales release. That release brought single sign-on to AmperWave Sales.

When was the release?

The release was Wednesday, June 5, 2019.

What is SSO?

Single sign-on (SSO) is a centralized authentication process that lets you access multiple products with one set of login credentials. For example, once you are logged in, you can switch between any Audacy products to which you have access without logging in to each of them separately.

Will this change where/how I log in?

The URL to access the AmperWave Sales console will stay the same. You will see a different login screen than you did before the release, but when you enter your login, the AmperWave Sales console will load as normal.

What if I don’t have access to my old email address?

Create a new user account or contact AmperWave Sales Support for assistance.

What if I share my login with another person?

Each person who needs access to the AmperWave Sales console must have their own account.

Why didn’t I get the email message about creating my new account?

Here are a few reasons you may not have seen the email message with the new account information.

Things to try:

Check your spam or junk folder.

Run a search in your mail client for email from streamsupport@amperwave.com.

Contact AmperWave Sales Support.

If I'm signed in to AmperWave Sales, how do I switch to another Audacy product after the release?

To change products, click the user menu UserMenu in the upper right corner of the screen and click the Product Page link. This will take you to the AmperWave Platform page where you can select a different product.

Can I change my email address after the release?

No, you need to create a new user account with the new email address or contact AmperWave Sales Support for assistance.

Will new users be automatically added to AmperWave Platform after the release?

Yes. After the release, all new AmperWave Sales users will have single sign-on accounts and log in through AmperWave Platform.
