Overriding an Ad Break Template

Ad Break Templates let you specify the content type and order of ads during ad breaks. Overrides let you specify time periods during which those templates are not used, and set a different template to be used instead.

To create a new template override:

1.On the Template Override tab, click Add Override.
The Add Override dialog appears.

2.Enter the override's name in the Override Name field.

3.Select the station to which you want the override to apply in the Select Station menu.

4.Select whether the override starts when a trigger is sent or at a specific date and time. Enter the trigger or select the date and time.

5.Select whether the override ends when a trigger is sent or at a specific date and time. Enter the trigger or select the date and time.

6.Select the template to which the override applies in the Chosen Template list.

7.Click Create.

To edit an existing override, click the edit icon Edit_Pencil in its row. This opens the Edit Override dialog, which is identical to the Add Override dialog.

To delete an override, click the delete icon Delete_GarbageCan in its row.
