Why is My In-Stream Audio Ad Behind Schedule?

Ads can be behind schedule (not meeting required plays/impressions) for the following reasons:

1.Many other ads have higher priorities. Check to see if other ads have a higher priority:

a.From Ad Management, click Campaigns.

b.In Campaigns, click the campaign that includes the in-stream ad.

c.In Summary, scroll down to the ad section and compare ad priorities in the Priority column.

2.The ad has dayparts that are too narrowly defined. Look at the scheduling of the ad and try broadening the days/times that the ad will play:

a.From Ad Management, click Campaigns.

b.In Campaigns, click the campaign the ad belongs to.

c.Click the ad, and then click Scheduling for more detailed information.

d.Click Edit Scheduling Info to make any adjustments to the schedule.

3.Inventory in general is oversold. Check the ad inventory percentage in the inventory trends/forecasts section. If the inventory is oversold the ad is likely to not meet its plays/impression targets:

a.From Ad Management, click Reports. The Inventory Forecasting Dashboard will appear. Check whether the inventory is oversold in the Inventory Forecast chart.
