If the companion banner isn’t showing up check to see if it’s tied to an in-stream ad by doing the following:
1.Select Ad Management.
2. Click Campaigns, and then click the campaign that the companion banner belongs to.
3.On the Campaign Summary tab, click the name of the in-stream ad to open the Ad Summary tab.
4.Select the Properties tab. Underneath the Companion Banners heading should be the name of the banner that is associated with the in-stream ad.
Note: If a companion banner is not bound to any ads in a campaign, it will show in light-gray on the Campaign Summary tab.
