First try troubleshooting at the campaign level. If those options don't work, then try the ad level troubleshooting instructions. Start by navigating to the Campaigns Dashboard, then follow these steps:
1. Verify that any ads belonging to the campaign have played by checking the plays/impressions.
a.In Campaigns, click the name of the campaign you want.
b.In Campaign Summary, Revenue & Performance, view the Impressions Required section. Check to see if the number is greater than 0 for Plays/Impressions. If it is greater than 0 then the ads played.
2. Check to see if the campaign is active.
a.In Campaigns, click Active Campaigns. All active campaigns will show in the list.
3. Check to see if the campaign approval has been turned on, and then check the approval status if it was turned on.
a.In Ad Settings, General Info, check to see if the Require Campaign Approval box is selected.
If it is selected then it requires approval from an Account Administrator.
4. Check if targeting was turned on.
a.Click Active Campaigns.
b.Scroll through the campaign list.
c.Click the name of the campaign you want to view.
d.Click Targeting to see if Station Targeting has been enabled.
1.If using station targeting, check to make sure there are stations the ad can run on.
a.In Campaigns, click a campaign.
b.Click the in-stream ad that isn't playing.
c.Click Targeting. Check the station list to verify that there are stations the ad can run on.
2.Check to see if today is a day set in the scheduling/daypart tab.
a.In Campaigns, click the campaign the ad belongs to.
b.Scroll down to the ad. View the dates that are displayed under the Flights section.
c.Click the ad, and then click Scheduling for more detailed information.
d.Check to see if an ad has been added with the same compete code, but with a higher priority.
3.Check to see if the ad injection type is not set to Dry-Liner.
a.In Campaigns, click the campaign the ad belongs to.
b.Click the in-stream ad.
c.Click Properties. Look under Business Details in order to see the Ad Injection Type.
4.Check to make sure ad format is set to audio.
a.In Campaigns, click the campaign the ad belongs to.
b.Click the in-stream ad.
c.Click Properties. Look under Media Info to find the Ad Format.
5.Check to see if the ads internal priority is set to 1,2,or 3.
a.In Campaigns, click the campaign the ad belongs to.
b.Click the in-stream ad.
c.Click Properties. Look under Business Details to view the Ad Priority.
