About User Email Subscriptions

User email subscriptions help you more effectively manage and optimize ad campaigns and streams. These are automated emails sent when key campaign or station events and conditions are met. They contain information and links to the campaigns and stations.

Email Types

The following email subscriptions are available and can be edited based on how often the user wants to receive them.

Type

Description

Approval state change

Campaign is approved / disapproved / submitted for approval.

Campaign completed

A campaign has just completed. The ad affidavit is attached to the email sent.

New media file

An advertisement within a campaign has just had a new media file uploaded.

New campaign note

A new note has been added to a campaign from the campaign properties section.

Status change

Campaign has been set to Inactive, Active, or Paused.

Campaign underperforming

A campaign is underperforming its required plays or impressions.

These campaigns should be examined, as the system is unable to get enough inventory to meet current targets.

Flights ending soon

A flight within a campaign is scheduled to end in three days.

Flights starting soon

A flight within a campaign is going to begin in three days.

Ad coming up without media

An ad is missing media.

Injector not requesting ads

A station has not requested an ad in 60 minutes.

Something may be wrong with the ad insertion component, the automation system, or another infrastructure component.

Note: These are global settings for each user and can be overridden on a campaign-by-campaign basis if desired by going to the Campaign > Email tab.
