Note: When looking at device analytics, you may encounter a category called Other. This represents a small percentage of your usership and is completely normal. We use each user's User Agent to determine the device that user is tuning in on. Sometimes devices do not sent a known User Agent or the user themself changed it. When this happens, we sort those users into the Other category. However, If you notice an abnormally high percentage of Other users in the device report( more than 20%) please reach out to the AmperWave Streaming Support team for help.
To get more granularity in device reporting, you can add a source parameter to the feeds you provide for devices like Alexa, like this:
https://live.amperwave.net/direct/accountname-stationcode-ibc1?source=Alexa |
You can put almost anything without spaces after source= and it will show up in the Device report.
