Campaign emails help you manage and optimize ad campaigns and your streams more effectively. These are automated emails the system sends when key campaign or station events or conditions occur and contain information and links to the campaigns and stations.
Note: Global settings for email subscriptions are set in the Accounts Settings > User Manager section for each user. These can be overridden on a campaign by campaign basis in the settings below on the Campaign > Email tab.
The following campaign email subscriptions are available:

Approval State Changes |
Campaign is Approved / Disapproved / Submitted for Approval. |
Campaign Completed |
A campaign has just completed. The ad affidavit is attached to the email sent. |
New Media File |
An advertisement within a campaign has just had a new media file uploaded. |
New Campaign Note |
A new note has been added to a campaign from the campaign properties section. |
Status Change |
Campaign has been set to Inactive, Active, or Paused. |
Campaign Underperforming |
A campaign is underperforming its required plays or impressions. These campaigns should be examined, as the system is unable to get enough inventory to meet current targets. |
Flights Ending Soon |
A flight within a campaign is scheduled to end in 3 days. |
Flights Starting Soon |
A flight within a campaign is going to begin in 3 days. |
Ad coming up without media |
An ad is missing media. This alert contains a report of all ads and banners with flights starting soon that are missing media. |
