Campaign Email Alerts Tab
The Campaign Email Alerts tab displays the campaign email subscriptions that help you monitor the campaign status. We offer the following alerts:
Email Types
The following email subscriptions are featured and can be edited based on how often the user wants to receive them.

Descrption |
Approval state changes |
Campaign is Approved / Disapproved / Submitted for Approval. |
Campaign completed |
A campaign has just completed. The ad affidavit is attached to the email sent. |
New media file |
An advertisement within a campaign has just had a new media file uploaded. |
New campaign note |
A new note has been added to a campaign from the campaign properties section. |
Status change |
Campaign has been set to Inactive, Active, or Paused. |
Campaign underperforming |
A campaign is underperforming its required plays or impressions. These campaigns should be examined, as the system is unable to get enough inventory to meet current targets. |
Flights ending soon |
A flight within a campaign is scheduled to end in 3 days. |
Flights starting soon |
A flight within a campaign is going to begin in 3 days. |
Ad coming up without media |
An ad is missing media. This alert emails you a report of ads with flights starting soon that are missing media and banners with flights starting soon that are missing media. See an example below: |
